We are thrilled to hit the digital road with our shiny new website, a cozy companion to our YouTube channel (@TheHappyTravellers), where we’ve been sharing our full-time motorhome life for almost TEN YEARS!

Whether you’re a seasoned van lifer, a curious newbie, or just here for the scenic views and occasional mishaps, we’re so happy to have you along for the ride.

For those of you who don’t know us yet, we’re a retired couple, some say adventure-loving souls, who’ve made our home on wheels, crisscrossing the stunning landscapes of England, France, Germany, Sweden, and the sun-soaked shores of Spain and Portugal.
From charming English villages to the historic villages of France, from Bavarian beer gardens to Scandinavian forests, our motorhome has taken us to places that make our hearts sing, and sometimes our GPS cry.

And yes, we’ve got over 1000 YouTube videos to prove it, packed with breathtaking views, quirky campsite stories, and the odd moment of us trying to navigate our 8.6 meter rig in a medieval towns (spoiler: it’s comedy gold).

This blog is our chance to dive a bit deeper into the stories behind the videos. Expect tales of the road, tips for motorhome life, our favorite hidden gems in every country, and maybe a recipe or two for whipping up a cracking meal in a tiny camper kitchen.

We’ll share the highs like enjoying sunsets over the Costa Blanca, the lows like that time we got stuck in what we call “The Hotel California”), here is the video, and everything in between.
